Mr. Atty works with all the Key Members of our firm to ensure all of our clients are given the attention and care they deserve. He also oversees both our offices and all negotiations to ensure both parties benefit as they move towards the closing table.

Mr. Williams works directly with our team of advisors to ensure we reach only the best candidates for purchasing your agency. While he works from our Michigan Office, Mr. Williams is responsible for the Advisors at our Nevada office as well and regularly visits this office to ensure all advisors are providing the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from Vallexa Advisors.
Mr. Allen has been a valued part of our team for over 8 years. He primariarily focuses on West Coast States. He keeps an eye on any governmental changes along with which states are placed under moratoriums.
Mr. Polath has recently joined our team as well and works directly under Mr. Atty and focuses on the East Coast States. She and Mr. Allen keep an eye on any governmental changes along with which states are placed under moratoriums.
Ms. Hopes works within our Nevada Office and works with our advisors to ensure they are up to date with all government policies and keeps abreast to any changes that may effect our buyers or sellers.
